Before the Bond
Anyone can be accused of a crime, doesn't mean that the person is guilty or going to prison. It does require that a bond be posted and appearances in court. In some cases you will need an attorney. If you have a warrant and want to keep from being arrested a walk thru may be your best option. The before the bond process is quick and easy.
* Charges and bonds will be verified.
* Qualified Co Signers will sign to be responsible for the clients bond.
* Any conditions set by a Judge will be completed.
* The bond is presented to the jail or clerk for a release of the client.
When the bond is presented and the release is sent to the jail, the client is going to be released from the jail. This can be immediate or in some cases eight hours or more. Each jail is different and patience is needed during this time. Please check After the Bond to know what everyone is responsible for.
